White-Glove Delivery
We ensure our customers purchase get the best treatment as well and that is also part of our delivery service. We inspect your purchase before going out for delivery to ensure you are getting the quality we pride ourselves on.
In-Home Set Up
Our in-home set up service is included in every delivery, unless door drop off is preferred. We bring the mattress in and set it up wherever you'd like us to.
Removal
Removal of old mattress is a service we provide to all of our guests and customers. It is a separate charge and not included in delivery fee.
Get to Know Us
REAL JEM ENTERPRISE LLC was born from tragedy and from the loss of the Founder's best friend. He lost his life at a young age and as a way to honor his beloved friend he named this company after him. J.E.M are his best friend's initials and he says the reason he started this all is because of his loss but out of this tragedy he realized his best friend left him a gem or as we like to call it a JEM. We hope to inspire and change the lives of every single one of our customers by providing the best sleep system and educating them on sleep.
