Yes, all of our mattresses are new and come factor sealed.

There is no warranty on any of our mattresses since we purchase trailers from 3rd party vendors and manufacturers.

There is no refund or return policy after delivery or pick up of your purchase. All sales are final once in your home.

We do not currently have a storefront but all of the mattresses we sell can be seen or felt in any big name mattress retailer, and can be inspected upon pick up or delivery.

You may refuse your purchase only on the day of delivery and receive a full refund or credit towards a different mattress only if refused on day of delivery.
